Combat Pistol
Training Overview
This 8-hour course has been designed to provide students with education, training, and advanced skill development in tactical shooting with the handgun. Students will enhance their marksmanship skills and individual lethality through realistic combat movement and stress drills and the application of the fundamentals of combat shooting.
By attending this course, students will improve individual safety and survivability by focusing on the critical aspects of lethal force engagements that directly relate to survivability in different high-stress scenarios.
Students will receive training that will improve their weapons handling procedures to increase first-round speed and accuracy from the holster, improve combat reloading techniques, identify and clear stoppages, and learn to deal with physical disruptions during a gunfight.
