Take your handgun shooting to the next level by mastering the use of a Red Dot Sight (RDS). This course is designed for civilian shooters who want to gain a tactical advantage in both defensive and recreational shooting scenarios. Whether you are new to red dots or looking to refine your skills, this class will teach you how to efficiently acquire and engage targets at varying distances while maximizing the speed and accuracy that red dots offer.
Throughout the course, you’ll focus on real-world shooting techniques, from quick target acquisition in close encounters to precision shots at extended ranges. With a mix of live-fire drills and dry-fire practice methods, you’ll learn how to improve your performance, troubleshoot common issues, and leave with the confidence to effectively use your red dot-equipped pistol in any situation.

Pistol with red dot sight (RDS) installed
Backup iron sights (recommended)
Minimum of 3 magazines and a magazine pouch
Holster compatible with your RDS-equipped pistol (with retention)
Appropriate range belt or setup for carrying equipment

500 rounds for your pistol

Eye and ear protection (mandatory)
Cleaning kit and gun lubricant
Notepad and pen for notes
Water and snacks for hydration and energy
Course Prerequisites
