Her Range Day is more than just a firearms class — it’s a space built for women who want to train with purpose, sharpen their skills, and take ownership of their personal safety.
Whether you’re brand new to shooting or already passionate about training, this free course is designed to meet you where you are and push you forward. We’ll cover practical handgun fundamentals in a way that’s clear, empowering, and real-world applicable — with no egos, no pressure, and no intimidation.
We’re also using this event to gather powerful content that highlights women who train — so come ready to shoot, learn, and be part of a movement that’s changing the face of the firearms community.

Gear Requirements:

Handgun (semi-auto preferred)

200–250 rounds of ammo

Rigid holster (OWB preferred, no soft holsters or purses)

2–3 magazines + mag pouch

Eye & ear protection

Belt, closed-toe shoes, high-collar shirt

Hat, water, snacks, and good energy

Arrival: Please arrive by 9:00 AM sharp for the safety brief and class kickoff

Lunch: Not provided — bring snacks or plan accordingly

Departure: You’re free to leave at any time after the safety brief, but we recommend staying for the full training experience

Collin Skees
Collin Skees is a veteran of Air Force Special Warfare, serving as a JTAC. He later worked as a CIA contractor in high-threat environments and has extensive experience in high-threat executive protection, safeguarding key personnel in some of the most volatile regions in the world.
Currently, Collin instructs anti-terrorism courses for the U.S. State Department and brings his expertise in tactics and firearms to The Benjamin Guard, delivering top-tier training to military, law enforcement, and civilians.
